10.    Installation and Use
G-Flo Scientific LLC is not obligated to install or assist with the installation of any products or equipment purchased from us. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the installation is done correctly and safely by a qualified professional. Similarly, we do not assume any liability for the use or misuse of our products and equipment after purchase, and it is the responsibility of the customer to use them in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

11.    Limitations of Use 
The products sold by G-Flo Scientific LLC are intended for research use only, and are not intended for use in diagnostic, therapeutic, or other clinical applications. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the products are not intended for use as drugs, food additives, or as other inappropriate applications. Buyer is responsible for determining the suitability of the products for Buyer's intended use, and Buyer assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection with such determination. G-Flo Scientific LLC grants to Buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products only for research purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, create derivative works from, sell, distribute, or use the products for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of G-Flo Scientific LLC.

12.    Cancellation, Suspension, Or Delay; Backcharges
G-Flo Scientific LLC reserves the right, without liability or penalty, to cancel, suspend, or delay performance of its obligations or any part thereof, in the event Buyer breaches any obligation hereunder or fails to provide any information or instructions reasonably requested by G-Flo Scientific LLC. In addition, G-Flo Scientific LLC shall be entitled to charge Buyer all expenses, including labor, incurred by G-Flo Scientific due to Buyer's cancellation, suspension, or delay of any order. Furthermore, in the event Buyer cancels an order after it has been accepted by G-Flo Scientific LLC, Buyer shall be liable to G-Flo Scientific LLC for any damages resulting therefrom, including but not limited to lost profits and expenses incurred by G-Flo Scientific LLC in connection with the order.

13.    Changes In Design
G-Flo Scientific LLC may, at any time, make any changes to the design of any product without liability to Buyer, provided such changes do not materially affect the form, fit, or function of the product. G-Flo Scientific shall not be liable for any costs incurred by Buyer in connection with any such changes.

14.    Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G-Flo Scientific LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the website using your account.

15.    Termination
G-Flo Scientific LLC may terminate your access to the website and/or your account at any time and for any reason without notice to you.

16.    Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
